Franklin, TN. Little did anyone know the revolutionary model—combined with a
clear vision and customer-oriented values—would cause exponential growth. By
2020, Benchmark had grown to a total of seven offices serving the Nashville
area. At the end of 2020, Benchmark announced a partnership with United Real
Estate, the second largest real estate group nationwide. Benchmark is now
serving clients from nine offices, including its newest office in Bowling Green,
KY.
